Welcoming Schools
Welcoming Schools, a project of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, is a comprehensive program that addresses embracing family diversity, avoiding gender stereotyping, and ending bullying and name-calling. Developed for pre-k and elementary age students, staff and families, it offers an LGBT-inclusive approach that addresses all diversity found in our communities. As a certified Welcoming Schools trainer, Tracy works with youth-serving agencies and school professionals to take a systematic approach to inclusion. 501 Commons
501 Commons’ mission is to boost the capacity of non-profit organizations to thrive over the long term and effectively serve the community. Tracy volunteers her time and professional expertise through 501 Commons’ service corps, and has been actively engaged in their Volunteer Impact Project and in providing training and coaching to non-profit boards, program management, and staff.
The Downs Group, LLC
The Downs Group LLC works to improve services and outcomes for youth in foster care. Tracy is an associate of The Downs Group, providing training that addresses the needs of all children and families involved in the child welfare, adoption, or foster care system.
Out in Front
Out in Front, founded in 2008, is an LGBTQ leadership training organization based in Seattle. Tracy served on the board, including in the role of Board President.
